I have been making biodiesel for four years. During this time I have been running on 100 percent bio two vehicles . A vauxhall Mariva 1.7 tdi four4 years .temperature varied between 24c to -13c.No problems at all.

A jeep cherakee 2.5 turbo diesel .No problems until -10c then in tank filter blocked with wax, engine stopped.
Removed in tank filter, no more problems' ran this for 3 years.changed this to a ford ranger 2.5 turbo.
Ranger .Run for 1 year ' the ranger loves it.
My point is, if your fuel is top quality you should not have any problems,if you do ,look again at your fuel quality
Keep your standards high.
